Rib of beef (bone)

Flat Iron Steak
Available on special request, this steak is extremely tender, well marbled and great for grilling.
Feather steak
Available on special request. So named for the feather-shaped line of tissue which runs through the meat, the Feather Steak offers a sweet flavour ideal for slow cooking but also flash frying.
Ranch steak
Available on special request. This flavoursome steak is best braised, though is also fantastic grilled, broiled or pan-fried at medium heat.

Available on special request. This steak is so delicious that it is also known as Butcher’s steak - because it is said that butchers recognised its superior flavour and thus never put it on display but kept it for themselves.
Tomahawk steak
Available on special request. Perfect as a sharing steak for a romantic meal or other special occasion, this steak is particularly soft and tender.
Sharing rib steak
Available on special request. The clue is in the name: this steak is great for sharing!

Collar
